CO2/Fiber Laser CNC: Set to High Speed + Low Power in pulse mode. Because our sheets are inherently stress-free, the heat from the laser will not cause edge-curling or shrinking, yielding carbon-free, flawless edges.
Digital Blade Plotters / Die-Cutting: Use a high-tack cutting mat or vacuum bed with a sharp 60° carbide blade. The anti-stick surface allows the waste matrix to lift off cleanly without distorting fine geometries.
